We offer our clients two options with regard to legal fees.
The first is for legal fees to be paid on an hourly basis. All disbursements are in addition to the lawyer’s fees.
The second is for legal fees to be paid on a contingency basis whereby fees are paid upon a successful outcome. Contingency fees are calculated on a percentage basis and are agreed upon at the beginning of the file. The percentage of the contingency fee is calculated based on a number of factors including the complexity of the file and the risk involved. All disbursements are in addition to the lawyer’s fees.
